Baked Protein OATS

Welcome to our recipes page! These recipes highlight Upper Echelon Whey Protein and simple recipes that you can make that are HIGH in PROTEIN. This weeks Recipe is a DELICIOUS Baked Protein Oatmeal. Below are the amounts and directions needed to make these incredible pancakes. Ingredients:

3 cups Old Fashioned Oats

2 1/2 cups Milk

1 tbsp Cinnamon

1/2 tbsp Baking Powder

1/2 cup Applesauce

1 scoop UPPER ECHELON VANILLA PROTEIN

2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup

1 Diced Apple

1 Banana

1 Cup Blueberries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly, Spray a 9x13 pan, then pour the mix and spread evenly throughout the pan. Place the pan in the oven for 45-60 minutes. Let it cool 10 minutes before cutting.
