This recipe calls for your favorite protein powder (ours is Upper Echelon), pancake mix, milk, and ground flax seed meal. The best part of this recipe is that most of these ingredients you will have at home! Below are the amounts and directions needed to make these incredible pancakes. 1 cup of pancake mix (Kodiak cakes for example)
3/4 cup milk of choice
1 scoop Upper Echelon protein powder
1 tbsp ground flax seed meal
Mix the pancake mix and protein powder together in a bowl before stirring in the milk slowly. Heat a pan or griddle over medium with nonstick cooking spray. Slowly pour 1/4 cup circles in the pan. Top with syrup, and your choice of fruit for toppings.
