Adult Functional Strength Classes

Historically the training at HPC has been geared towards athletic development for athletes between the ages of 12-24. However, over the last 8-years we have served many adults looking to increase their strength and mobility in order to live a longer and healthier life.

We believe at HPC the moment you stop moving like an athlete is when your health starts to decline.


Our motto for these classes is "Always an Athlete". Don't be worried if you don't think you have what it takes, each exercise will be scaled to meet your current skill-level.


The goal of these Adult Functional Strength Classes is to provide a functional strength, mobility, and flexibility. This means that you will be learning and conducting exercises that will translate to your daily life.


Whether you are a recreational athlete, a weekend warrior, want to be able to play catch with your kids, and just want to feel & move better - this class is for you!
