Relentless Effort
The training programs at HPC are designed to meet every athlete's needs from the beginner to the more advanced athlete. We have worked with athlete's age 9 all the way to the professional level in various leagues. Our goal is to improve each athlete's performance and do so in environment where they train hard, train in a team atmosphere, and have fun doing it.​

Although training sessions are group-based, each athlete receives an individualized written program based on a joint-by-joint assessment, an injury history report, strength assessment and the sport(s) training for.
​
We promote the team atmosphere to increase competition, improve social skills, and create a fun experience for our HPC athletes. At all times, there will be at minimum a 5:1 athlete to coach ratio to ensure your athlete receives the attention they deserve.

For younger athletes, we focus on long-term athletic development by focusing on key movement patterns, positioning, and hand-eye coordination commemorative with their developmental age.
